Answers from Scriptures

Spend time in the Word

Spend time in the Word

Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. (1 Corinthians 13:12)

While reviewing the blogs I have written over the years, I came across one I had written several years ago in response to questions asked me by a fellow blogger. I answered him to the best of my ability according to Scripture.

After re-reading his questions and my answers to him, it occurred to me that it might be a good idea to start a question and answer page for my readers. We all have questions about Scripture at times whether we are new to the faith or born into it. We must always keep in mind that here on earth during our time of grace we will never have all the answers. God tells us all that we need to know for our salvation in His Word. Beyond that we live by faith.

If you have questions you would like answered please click on “leave a comment” at the bottom of each blog or at the bottom of any page and type in your question. I will answer you to the best of my ability and with the help of the Holy Spirit. You may also email me with questions at Please don’t feel embarrassed to ask any question. Remember that others may have the same question and the answer to your question may be beneficial in their understanding of God and His Word also.

I have studied God’s Word since the first grade and earlier, but I do not have formal theological training. For those questions I am unable to answer I will go to my pastor. If he can’t answer it then it may be just one of those things we believe by faith and we will know the answer when we get to heaven.

Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good. (1 Peter 2:2)

May the Holy Spirit bless your reading!
